Capital city of the Dragon lands. Busy, crowded, and full of people. The Large city at the base of a mountain is accessible by ship only through a large valley, blocked off by a large steel gate monitored constantly. The only way in is to register at the gate. No exceptions Dragons aren't very likely top accept humans into their ports and cities, preferring dragon pirates even over other races.
Trouble doesn't want to be started here, so visitors best keep to themselves and stay out of trouble if they want in.
